Banning The ‘Coma

519px-greatwall_large.jpgI’M BANNED IN CHINA according to this website .

As Squirrel Queen is snoozing on the couch, I thought I’d look her up and she’s banned too. I guess we are bad news.

I found this over at Hutchmos.

I honestly am not surprised.

  1. Heh. I’m not blocked. I guess no one cares about little old me.

But I’m guessing they automatically block all known blog sites, like blogger and wp.

You’ll never be read in China. Kinda weird.

hey..Cuppa Joe and that filthy feminist lefty Lindsey of Theo/Geo got THROUGH. WTF dudes. That blows the ‘blogger’ theory..maybe that don’t like ‘WORDpress’, word…

  3. newscoma says:

Nah, I tried newscoma.com as well.
    I’m still banned.
I’m a filthy leftie so I’m out of China.

I wonder if the House of Saud knows how many hits I get from Riyadh and Jeddah on “slatterns and hooch.”

I don’t think it’s our boys, either. It’s not gubmint servers. Very strange.

I think the Chinese would appreciate you, were they allowed to meet you.

I’m in good company! I’m blocked too. However, it occurred to me after I clicked on the site that maybe this site is a ruse. What if the Chinese Gov. set up this site to block people who want to see if they’re blocked, or to gather URLs and ISPs and check us out?
I clicked on “About” and it didn’t list individuals, only said the site is made up of journalists and documentary filmmakers.
It could be Reporters Without Borders, or, a ruse.
Whatever it is, I’m proud to be there with ya, Coma and John!

  6. Well, there’s something wonky about the site, that’s for sure. I am not blocked with jonathanhickman.com, but I am with jonhickman.info, which I just use for email.

    Beats me.
