Obligatory Lost Post, And Yeah, It Was Of The Good
Lost Spoilers lie here, so don’t enter if you haven’t seen it.
HOLY SHIT. What was more disturbing. Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite being Creepy/Evil Benry’s dad or BEN SHOOTING JOHN LOCKE.
No way.
Seriously, wasn’t expecting that but Ben was giving Locke stink eye all night so there you go. And why doesn’t Richard Albert age. And yes, I saw Jacob in that flash of insanity. That was just eerie.
Ben, oh Ben, you are one evil weird guy who has daddy issues too. Is it because it’s Uncle Rico is your dad?
And I can’t get over Richard Albert always looking the same (quick question, why do the wigs on Lost always look so goofy?)
On a more serious note, Sayid not trusting Jack gave me a happy, but Jack saying “I haven’t decided what to do yet” irritated the piss out of me.
And, again I ask, why doesn’t Richard Albert age?
Do not tell me Locke is dead. Do not, or I will have to slap you silly. My father, also known as Big Daddy, will seriously have a heart attack if he does. He loves him.
And one other question, did Ben not hear Jacob because he was grilling Locke about what did you hear him say. Ben, mass murderer, purge man, scary and very Jonestown like at the village. Weirdness.
This was groovy. I liked it.

Very groovy. I’m thinking Richard Alpert is played by one of those actors that’s very difficult to make look a different age than he actually is. He has a young face, so you can’t make him look that much younger. Similarly, Ben has an older, putty face and the scenes of him during “The Purge” made him look about as old as his dad.
Barry,
That’s interesting. I agree with you on this. I hadn’t thought about that.
Dig the hat in your MyBlogLog picture, by the way.
I’ve finally figured out what it is about the wigs on Lost stat bugs me so. They remind me of the wigs the cast on Gilligan’s Island wore when they did the Beatles ripoff band episode.
Disclaimer: I don’t watch “Lost.”
That said, um … um … Locke is hot.
Carry on.
See, I thought Locke looked like he had a whole bucketful of “IT” going on last night myself.
Heh. It was right up there with the Mulder-screaming-at-the-bright-light shot in “Little Green Men” on The Hawt Meter. You know which one I’m talking about.
What is it about jerks in peril that appeals to us?
Oh. Right.
Hee.
