A Little Rain Please
We need rain. This man has taken a picture of such wonderfulness that I can’t stand it. And we need rain.
Oh, I said that, didn’t I?
The wheat looked burnt when I was driving around recently. Green at the bottom, the top of the plants look weary and just fried. The corn looks as is if it weeping as you drive by the acres and acres of the tall plants that line the byways here.
Today, there is a slight chance. We need days of rain, but we will take what we can get.
And man, if that picture doesn’t make me want to run out into our next shower into my yard and just let the water drip off of me, I don’t know what does.

It’s frustrating as hell. I’m one of those people that can roll a joint and sit and watch the rain all day long. My yard is drying up.
I love watching storms. My dogs shake and crawl all over me but there is just something majestic about it all.
