Battling It Out

Are any of you guys watching this over in Nashville?

Kleinheider does work at a television news station, you know. Supposed to go get, I dunno, news.

Political wranglings ensue as Hobbs questions his sources. Intriguing, but I wouldn’t reveal my  sources either. And neither would anyone else I wouldn’t think. You give an anonymous source up, you tend to lose them and others.

And, maybe Kleinheider just asked the right questions.

I have just plum been out of the blogosphere too much lately ’cause I missed this and it’s juicy.

I’m with our lovely soon-to-be-Californian Brittney Gilbert who says in the comments, “This. Is. Hilarious.”

I have heard so much about the construction at the Governor’s mansion and none of it involved the suddenly very partison politics going on at VV. Brittney’s right It. Is. Hillarious and so off the point as to be useless.

Kleinheider’s source for what appears to be very legitimate and public background information on one of the central characters is what the GOP wants to turn their big guns on? Who cares? More to the point, can this person continue to hold his job and position in light of this information? Was it deliberately misheld and pushed under the rug when he moved to Tennessee?

Once a private disagreement between two parties(in this case the City of OakHill’s representative and Mrs. Governor’s project plans) goes beyond the people directly involved and moves out into the public and media eye all bets are off and it just becomes a spectacle. I believe that Mr. Kraus went to the media first in this spectacle and that might not have been the best move for him.
