I Laughed

The Superficial makes me laugh.

Here’s a snippet of a post about Jessica Simpson’s appearance on a recent episode of The View.

I think Jessica Simpson should’ve been allowed to talk to the guests. You know, just to see her head explode when one of them tried to explain what a newspaper is. “So, what do you mean?” she’d ask. “You, what’s the word, read? You ‘read’ the words and it puts ‘facts’ in your head about what’s happening in, what was it, the world? I don’t feel so good.” KERPLOW! If that ever happens, I hope her breasts survive.

I make no apologies for guffawing.

    I actually do like how Simpson is willing to make fun of herself and her dumb blonde image, such as in the Macy’s ads — last month, she was pushing a “pull” door, and this month she kicks out the cord for all of the holiday decorations.

    Well, Jessica isn’t showing her “girl parts” and running over photographers’ feet as well as driving like a maniac with her kids in the car.
    She’s a step up as long as I don’t have to hear her sing. :)
