Cruelty Just Never Goes Away
I posted about the Megan Meir suicide over at Music City Bloggers.
I think what bothers me most is that adults, PARENTS, condoned the whole thing that sparked Megan’s suicide. This child had mental health issues and they apparently knew that.
Didn’t stop them though.
I talked to Homer about it after I posted a letter about it the other day. There is much discussion at Chez Coma about this.
We live in changing times, but cruelty is universal, stretching through time like tendrils through the darkness. It never goes away, does it?
Doesn’t make any of it right though.
