Ron Paul’s Latest Money Bomb

Amazing.

On Nov. 5, which was Guy Fawkes Day, a symbol of rebellion in British history, Paul hauled in $4.3 million in 24 hours — the most money raised online by a candidate in a single day. Today (yesterday), the 234th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party, the day that helped spark the American Revolution, Paul’s Web-savvy, intensely loyal supporters planned another “money-bomb.” And by 6 p.m. EST, the “Paulites” had raised $4.1 million from more than 30,000 donors, bringing the Texas Republican’s fundraising total this quarter to $15.8 million. And counting.

Whether you like Ron Paul or not, this is absolutely an incredible thing to watch. While other supporters of the GOP have been watching Rudolph Guiliani get hammered about using New York’s finest walk his dog and Mike Huckabee’s backtracking about the infamous “Aids Quarantine” statement, Paul just keeps raising money.

  1. And the snooze media continues to ignore Ron Paul (as they ignore John Edwards on the left), except for the occasional obligatory “look at the funny Republican isn’t he cute” story.

Won’t they be surprised if the media’s anointed candidates (Hillary and Rudy) don’t make out past Super Tuesday?

I’ve wondered the same thing myself, So. Beale.

This is a great article and shows how the Ron Paul campaign is winning and growing. Thanks for the honest report.
At 7:30 Monday morning according to the official Ron Paul website he has raised $18,158,349 in donations and according to the official Mike Huckabee website Mike has raised $1,190,431 in 4th quarter donations. Also here are the numbers of unique visitors for each of the presidential Web sites, according to NetRatings Inc. projections. So the question is how can Mike Huckabee be at the top of the list and Dr. Paul be at the bottom. Something is just not right here. Go Dr. Paul….. we will see what happens in 17 days. Here comes the FREEDOM train.

Ron Paul cannot win and this I really know. It’s true and can’t be doubted, ’cause the TV tells me so.

If Ron Paul wins a poll, its spam so now we know that if he loses, it is science. The TV tells us so.

  6. I’m sorely disappointed that hordes of Paulbots didn’t descend on my scooter poll

  7. Oh! Btw, I sent Chris Dodd some turkee, since he stood up for the Constitution, yesterday. I encourage all patriots to do likewise, if budgets allow. He may not have a prayer (or be the candidate I necessarily support for the nomination), but you better believe that a spike in his online donations will cause some of the spineless Dems to take note.
