I don’t know if I’ve ever been inspired by a candidate for president before. Dang. Barack… you are good.

  2. Random thoughts… Damn, kareem looks old….Obama should buy time in NY and LA on monday night, the last 5 minutes before late local news, and run this….

Was that Scarlett Johanssen?…..You know what, i think he;’s going to win Tennessee, and I would not have thought that before today, but we set EV records in Big Shelby this time, and 70% voted in the Democratic primary. No offense, but does ANYONE think that HRC came close in Big Shelby? I don’t….

    Time for beer and sushi..

    LWC,
Your mouth to God’s ears…and then back to the other side of the state. I’d love East Tennessee to join in on Obama’s side. Fewer Democratic votes over here than yonder on the Mississippi but we’re fired up and ready to go nonetheless!

  5. I am very surprised and glad that he has motivated so many people. I really believe he might just do this.

  6. Hopeful citizen says:

I have been waiting for two generations for a leader that I could believe in. I think he ahs arrived. now it is up to us…

We need to get behind him. If we don’t we will end up with divisive politics as usual… and that includes Hillary.

Please support Obama. this guys is the one that can lead back out of the very deep mess that W and company have put us in.

  7. Rick Maynard says:

I remember well the first time I encountered young Mr. Barack. I was recording the Dem Convention of ‘04 on my DVR at home, but I just couldn’t wait, so I was listening to it on NPR on the way home. I was simply in awe.

The girl I was going out with at the time called me up just after his speech.

“Holy shit! Did you hear that?” she asked.

“Oh, the first black president, you mean?”

My number one choice was John Edwards. But since he’s not in it any more, all I can say is “Barack out with your caucus out.”

Never have I been excited to be an American. Having lived here all my life, I’ve always been disappointed with us. We pride ourselves on so many things, but in reality many other countries are much better. Barack Obama is the first person ever to make me excited about being an American. This Video, whether the Obama campaign had anything to do with the production of this video or not, is simply incredible. His speeches have a natural rhythm to it. He is simply very stimulating to many Americans. I would love to see this man win the nomination, and then win the Presidential Election.

He may be lacking in experience, but experience hasnt brought us far in this nation yet. I’m more than willing to see what new blood does in the Oval Office.
