The news anchor beaten severely that just died and then there’s Jennifer Hudson’s family. Locally, the Roma pizza worker down the street from where I live, died.
My local grocery store was robbed at gunpoint.

All I keep thinking is “What in **** is wrong with people?”

I grew up in a small town – my mailman and the guy that sold us beer as teenagers – both rumoured to be Klansmen. But I don’t think they ever got their act together. I
think just having a hood and belonging to something made them happy. But, then
there are the whackjobs like these two near your town. Ugh…

The news last night gave the figure that there are 888 hate groups in the US. Of course, these are the documented ones. The figure for TN was in the 30’s. Makes me stop and wonder if/when the next one will happen.

It’s really sad when murder plots against someone who others don’t like politically are “poo poo’ed” away. If it was a murder plot against Palin or McCain, their “side” would be outraged, blaming Obama.

This crap is not funny. In fact, I thought the guy who hung Palin in his halloween decorations was over the top, and that’s not even close to what those guys did plotting a murder.

Any threat against the life of an American political figure is domestic terrorism. Those same guys – who were probably denouncing the “ay-rabs” after 9-11 – were plotting a crime in the same vein: “You don’t think like me, you don’t look like me, I think I’m better than you, you deserve death.”
