For the first time in my life, I early voted.

I usually like to vote on the day of an election. However, this year, I realized that next Tuesday is going to be a busy day so I did it early.

The voting booth didn’t explode, angels didn’t come out of the sky, demons didn’t come out of the carpet. We are seeing a record turnout here in Hoots Central with 4,340 voting early as of Friday.

I vote every time. I find it to be liberating. It’s an agreement I have with myself that it’s my duty to vote and I’ll be honest, it’s something I enjoy.

I wonder if it will count or if The Supreme Court will decide on our next president.
