One-Eye Deaf Wheezers
December 11, 2008 - Author: newscoma - Comments are closedWith a sister who is blind in one eye, a father who can’t hear and myself with perpetual bronchitis who has taken to coughing out her lungs in a melodic effort that makes the dogs run under the bed, I’ve wondered what is to become of us.
I decided we need to start a band.
The name of our band would be One-Eye Deaf Wheezers.
I think our first song would be from Tommy because he sure plays a mean pinball, as that is the industry that my father used to work in.
I think I’m brilliant.
Of course, we all need to learn how to play an instrument first but it’s never stopped us from doing things before.
Make your own kind of music.

Do you have a label, or are y’all gonna Taylor Swift it up the MySpace?
We are going to have to get a label, I’m guessing. And of course blogger word of mouth.
If only we knew how to play instruments. I’ve already called the cymbals.
Ha, I don’t think you actually have to be able to play an instrument to be in a band any more. So, don’t let your lack of talent stop you!
brilliant – yes
high on cough syrup – most definitely
let me know when you need a manager, and i can produce a mean video
I want to play the guitar parts on “See No, Hear No, Breathe No Evil”. And writing credits for the title too of course.
You could remake Berln’s version of “Take My Breath Away,” and follow it up with “Every Breath You Take…I’ll be wheezing you”
Berlin’s version is what I meant. Ahhh..me without a typo would be a day without a panic attack.
OH…How about the Hollies classic,” Sometimes, all I need is the air that I wheeze”
Heh.
Can’t wait for your cover of Chris Brown’s “No Air”…
