Where The Wind Blows …

I realize there hasn’t been a lot of text over here lately but I’m a busy camper.

Today, Squirrel Queen and I went to Murfreesboro for the TSSAA tournaments.

Here are some highlights on my very lame point and shoot from the game.

The Jackson Sun dude’s camera is to the left. I’m sort of jealous of that camera.

#21 is the daughter of a guy I grew up with named Kenneth. She broke her leg in a basketball injury around Christmas. It was nasty as it was a compound fracture and happened while she was on the court. She may not be playing in the tourney (she’s a senior) but she is still a team leader and she welcomed the starting line-up out onto the court.

I think she’s pretty darn groovy.

Squirrel Queen works hard for the money. Moments before the game, she eyeballed the court and then went to work.

So, if you are wondering what has being going on at Chez Coma, I’ve been to Mitchell High School in Memphis and to the ‘Boro in just a couple of days. I’m blogging when I can as life stuff sometimes gets in the way.

Yeah, I’m whupped and SQ is way more tired than I am as she has been doing this much longer than I have. And there is snow in the forecast after I wore shorts to work yesterday. Back to Murfreesboro on Friday and I have to tell you, I might fall out in the floor.

I’m an old broad.
