James Brown Will Always Be Hipper Than You

Yes, I said it. Not only can he sing “I Feel Good” in one of the ugliest argyle sweaters ever known to man, he can have the sound of dogs barking in the background as he enters a lodge in the famously forgetable movie “Ski Trip.”

These kids in the background, incidentally, have absolutely no rhythm. Apparently it hadn’t been invented back 40 years ago or something.

    Just today I became mildly distraught as I sat, bong in hand, lamenting and asking God why? Why can’t we return to the old days?

    After seeing that great vid, those…sweaters…..those….dews….
    I realized that truly, God’s greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.

    It’s all so, so swell.
