Cats Don’t Care

I have a new affection for cats recently after I have visited some cat loving friends around the state. I think I like cats because they don’t care unless they want to care.

I think that’s pretty groovy.

Are you interested in a beautiful, playful, inseparable pair of kittens, brother and sister, about 16 weeks old? Millie is white with orange spots. Freddie is black and white. Their mother was a stray but the kittens are completely socialized. In a couple of weeks, we’ll give them their shots and have them neutered. For anyone else I’d require a fee (to ensure the adopter is for real), but for you, no charge. Just promise that if it doesn’t work out you’ll give them back. I’d be grateful knowing they found a good loving home.

Thank you kind sir, but I have six dogs right now. I wouldn’t want to traumatize your cats. :D

One never knows though in the future if a cat might show up and choose me as its human.

    Ooookydoke. ;-)

I think I like cats more than dogs because I have to respect them. (They demand it.)

My wife is more of a dog person and somewhat allergic to cats.

I have become somewhat smitten with cats recently. I have no idea why. Michael, thank you for thinking of me.

I sort of do want a cat though. It’s the dogs that are not buying it. :D
