I don’t know why this made me spew coffee this morning, but it did.
First of all, how did the groundhog and the woman get into a fight? Did the groundhog diss the woman’s mother? Was it over the love of another groundhog in some unseemly love triangle?
And why did this make the newspaper? So many mysteries around this one.

I love these kind of stories. And you know what? I’m loving the redesign going on here.
This is actually the latest spat in a centuries long blood feud between two families who are more alike than they care to admit.
I’m guessing someone didn’t care for the rodent’s weather forecasting.
My vote is she cut the groundhog off, and the groundhog was road-raging.
This has made my day.
Of course, I have lots of questions, not the least of which is if they were merely yelling at each other or engaged in full-on hand-to-paw combat.
