Spider Veins And Venorex Cream Review – Can It Help?

Is Anxiety Caused by Spider Veins Harmful? Is there something you can do about it? Does the Venorex cream I have read about work? Could it work for me?

Spider Veins – Is There A Cure?

Nobody wants to see any kind of permanent damage develop in their body, so the appearance of spider veins can cause considerable concern. Women are usually more concerned about this condition than their male counterparts, but men also worry when spider veins begin to show up.

Women tend to worry more about the appearance of their legs, but men may be more concerned because they fear the condition will advance to the more serious condition of varicose veins. While spider veins are unsightly, varicose veins can be painful and interfere with a normally active lifestyle.

Stress can be harmful at any level since it has been shown to be a factor in the development of serious health conditions. Many people believe the most serious effects of high levels of stress is associated with heart problems. While this connection between anxiety and heart disease is real in many cases, other diseases such as cancer can also develop when stress levels are high.

While some people have very negative feelings about the condition, few people have such a high level of anxiety caused by spider veins that the associated stress would be harmful.

Spider Vein Cream Called Venorex

Fortunately, there are treatments that can be used to eliminate the veins (venorex cream along with others on the market are available) although it is not usually covered by insurance plans. The treatment is most often considered to be cosmetic in nature. If the condition advances to varicose veins the treatment can be at least partially covered through health insurance.

People who work in certain industries such as modeling or in the entertainment field can experience more anxiety caused by spider veins than others. The condition does not typically affect younger people who are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a physically fit body.

Not Just A Older Person Problem

Some people are genetically disposed to developing spider veins at a relatively young age, or the condition can be caused by an injury or pregnancy.

Laser light treatments are one relatively new procedure that doctors have been using to fade or eliminate unsightly spider veins. Bursts of laser light are sent into the vein which causes the vein to slowly disappear. Laser surgery does not require any injections or incisions, but the procedure is often less effective than Sclerotherapy for larger veins.

This more invasive treatment involves injecting the vein with a solution that causes scar tissue so blood is no longer able to flow through that vein. The treatment is usually effective, but the injection may need to be repeated.

Whether laser surgery or sclerotherapy is chosen as a treatment for spider veins, the patient will likely experience a certain amount of redness, swelling, and itching. There may be skin color changes and not all of the veins will be eliminated.

Can Over The Counter Creams Work?

There are numerous creams on the market that claim to help reduce the appearance of spider veins. One that seems to be popular is called Venorex. It is available online and has some good reviews – I have linked to a source at the end of this article.

Most of the time spider veins are harmless, but some people can experience aching legs or a burning sensation after standing for a long time. Each person who has spider veins will have to decide whether the condition is enough of a problem to be worth choosing a treatment to reduce the appearance.
